You'll have 1 dedicated account lead (with a design background) for your entire experience. We build tickets in Trello or Jira (or whichever tool you prefer). We like Slack and Miro. We'll keep a running progress deck, and constant ansync communications.
It's our preference to always test and validate our designs. We want you to feel confident going to market backed by data.
We conduct moderated and unmoderated testing on designs for insights on what's working and what's not. We pivot as needed removing what doesn't work and scaling what does. All this in the goal of designing things people love.
