How does your subscription plan work?

A subscription is a budgeted monthly allowance that we can plan around to expense from for time billable and our tiered hourly rates.

Can we cancel our subscription anytime?

Yes. Just give us a months notice.

How do you track time?

By a time tracking tool or a spreadsheet. Time tracking documentation are provided with invoices.

What happens if we don't use up all our time in a given month?

Any additional time will be used on backlog items. If no backlog items exist, we will spend the remaining time for that month on new ideas we have for you.

Do unused hours roll over?

No. Hours do not roll over. We make sure you're getting 100% of the time we committed to for your brands growth.

What happens if we go over our allotted time in a month?

We'll just bill you for the extra time on your next invoice per our hourly rates and talent tier.

What happens if I cancel on a longer, discounted engagement?

We would just expect the pro-rated discounted amount to be paid relative to the time commitment and cost deltas.

Is the subscription thing the only way you do business?

Nope! We do budget-based projects too (See above).

How do I know what I will get for my hours?

We plan out your project(s) in detail and each activity will have a time value estimate. Your budget shapes our approach to delivery: Our goal is to ship stuff at variable degrees of fidelity based on available time.

What subscription will accommodate my project?

We have a nice little list that outlines various common project costs. Otherwise, we do pretty well on estimating costs and landing at an aligned degree of expectations.

I don't see a subscription option that I believe fits my needs?

No worries. Let's talk. We'll make something that works for you.

What's the fastest you can turn something around?

If you're a current client, we can push simple things out typically in 5 days or less.

Can we pre-pay for a subscription package for work that won't start until a later time?

Absolutely. If you have budget and need to spend it, we'd be happy to accommodate a future start date.
